This form is available for persons to make official requests for the choir's presence in Music Ministry at your church or hosted event. In order to adequately prepare for your event, please note that a mandatory 2 week notice is required This is necessary as G.O.P. currently has dedicated members serving at various churches and would require advanced notice.
